Disappointing

Liked: The shower, which was excellent. It was a great location and easy to find.
Disliked: There was no blind on the window so I woke up to the sun at 6am. The apparently high speed internet was running extremely slow and so basically unusable. The advertised Foxtel didn't work, it had an error on the Foxtel box. Additionally there were absolutely zero staff there for support and no one was replying to my messages.

Liked: The location was good and the beds were comfortable
Disliked: There was no one around it felt deserted, the room was small with no view, the aircon rattled and was so loud I couldn’t sleep on such a hot night and there were no facilities for breakfast. For over $200 per night I was hoping for more than just a bed!

Liked: Restaurant on site. No breakfast but cereal and milk in room. Stay so friendly.

Very comfortable Hotel in an...

Liked: The location is perfect for exploring South Melbourne with easy access to the South Melbourne market, Albert Park and an easy tram ride into the city. The area is fairly quiet and in addition to the south Melbourne markets we found a local wine shop with a great selection of boutique wines.. overnight on street parking was no problem
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about the property. That being said the pub downstairs and rooftop bar were closed over the Christmas period while we were there so not sure how much noise if that would generate.
