Comfortable and welcoming!

Liked: A perfect location for visiting the area around Superior, Az. Room had good AC, new shower installation, and basic kitchen needs. The manager went out of their way to assure my comfort including transportation from a nearby trailhead!!! Would definitely return if in the area!

Disliked: Better bed

Would not recommend.

Liked: Property is run down. Old and needs to be updated.
Disliked: Rundown. Shower was either cold or scalding. Can’t believe it passes codes.

Overpriced dump

Liked: I liked having a place to spend the night within a 20 minute drive of where I was going
Disliked: There were 2 dark hairs in the shower I am.a natural blonde.The A/C was noisy and didn't work even in November I wouldn't want to find that out when it was 100 plus outside! The window " curtains" were just a piece of fabric.Sign outside saying "office" but the door was locked and there was no sign at or near the door.This was around 5 p.m.,not exactly the middle of the nightWay overpriced for a dump

Disliked: Room was hot when we got there but didn't take long to cool off

Liked: Room was compact and clean, nice towels, staff came to make sure we had enough towels. We had an excellent sleep.
Disliked: Shower was a bit pernickety with low pressure. Pillows were very thin.
