Perfect place for a week...

Liked: It was well situated, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and again the staff working there ( especially Belen!) were so welcoming. We loved our stay.

Liked: Everything, the central location, the informative, friendly staff, the neat, clean and tidy room with a bath, the atmospheric lobby and an amazing choice at breakfast.

Liked: location is perfect. breakfast is so delicious.
Disliked: rooms are too small and look like old. we had a problem with the shower head and also our shower made a water. in a short time our bathroom became a lake.

Liked: Nicely located close to Nyhavn and easy to reach by public transport (Metrostation Kongens Nytorv). Room was calm and nothing was missing. The breakfast is exceptional from variety to quality - a day can't start any better. Same applies for the staff, always friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
Disliked: I'm always picky when it comes to the beds - the additonal topper did its job but it felt somewhat too soft overall. Nothing more to mention.

Disliked: no restaurant on the property. should provide regular pillows instead of the square ones they have.
