Nice stay

Liked: Nice deco.Good location.Super comfy bed. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: As the train is nearby it explains why there were ear plugs on the bedside table!

Liked: Warm and cosy good view over area looking from railway side.No breakfast Easy access from airport to hotel great start location to visit sites
Disliked: Was emailed like balcony or bath as both was not provided. Small fridge so could keep water in.

Liked: Very central location and easy to get everywhere. 2 minute walk to the train station/meteo

Large room near train station...

Liked: Large room, lots of storage space.
Disliked: Poor HVAC - A/C made lots of noise but no cooling. Very dark room dark furniture , carpets, and fabrics and very minimal lighting.

Excellent Location

Liked: very close to metro station & Tivoli, Front office staff is amazing, helpful and friendlygood breakfast with lots choices
Disliked: too convenient for outsider to get into the hotel

The staff was very accommodating,...

Liked: Location was good close to train station, Tivoli and tour buses.
Disliked: Hotel is very old and there is an unpleasant odour at every level.
