Liked: The location was great and breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were very nice.
Disliked: The toilet wasn't cleaned upon our arrival, toilet had previous guest's stools on its sitting part. We showed the picture to the manager (wouldn't put it out here for ethical reasons). Changing room wasn't possible and when the housekeeper arrived, she cleaned it with the brush which you clean the toilet inside with and wiped it with just a dry towel. Only after our request to bring in some chemicals to clean it properly, she did so. We travelled with a child and it was even more sensible for us to have a clean room which we didn't receive upon arrival. The rest of the stay was OK, but this first incident left us untrustful and with bitter taste about the whole stay.

Liked: Extensive selection for breakfast. Bed large and very comfortable. Hotel located close for train station and transport generally. Easy walk to main shopping centre. Most roads were named so navigation easy. Hotel about 100 years old I believe but well refurbished but retaining its original aspect. Very nice, Staff at reception pleasant and very helpful.
Disliked: No, everything was fine

Liked: The view from the window, the old world charm, the beautiful elevator, comfortable bed, friendly snd helpful staff.

Great location, rooms and food!

Liked: Fantastic location, just by the central station. Great restaurant and bar in the building. We asked to be on a lower floor since one person in our party is claustrophobic and can’t use elevators. The room type we had booked was only available on the top floors, so they upgraded our room to accommodate our wish - so thankful for that! The room was really good and spacious. Super fresh bathroom. Breakfast was also very good. We will definitely come back!
