Liked: Housekeeping is not done every day at the hotel, and we were told that we needed to request it in advance. We did request it, but it was not done anyway.Other than that, the breakfast is quite sufficient, and the terrace is very enjoyable. The hotel also provides slippers, which we appreciated since most hotels in Europe don’t usually offer them.The hotel is about a 35-minute walk from the city center. If the weather is nice, walking is pleasant because the hotel is right next to the canal.There is a shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for dining options. The metro station is also very close, just a 5-minute walk away, and only one stop from the city center.Overall, I would consider staying here again if I visit the city in the future.

Liked: Good location by the waterside, close to the metro and a popular mall if you need anything or a quick snack... we easily went from the hotel out and about round the city either using the metro or walking. They had bikes you could hire too, although we didn't do that this time. Comfortable, clean, quiet at night. Zero traffic noise.

Liked: Location, clean smart rooms, excellent breakfast.Lengthy check in process due to irritating new on-screen process. Beside reading lights flickering on both sides of bed.Room cleaning only on request the night before.
