Liked: During our check in the hotel lost WiFi connection the receptionist was amazing she sent us to the bar area and gave us complimentary drinks whilst the problem was resolved

Liked: This hotel isnt ordinary, its better. The setting is spectacular to say the least. Very comfy bed, it was massive. The staff are so helpful and the food is excellent.
Disliked: Very busy with Christmas Parties at night, but our room was quiet, so no real issue.

Excellent - A very special...

Liked: We love this hotel, it has so much real history and is set in beautiful grounds, the room was fantastic and the bed was huge. The staff are very attentive and make you feel welcome. Its a very special hotel, is not "new and clinical", it will make you feel "grand". Just relax and enjoy this fine venue, we did ! Nothing is too much trouble here.
Disliked: Very busy with Christmas parties.

A superb hotel

Liked: The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Would have preferred a later check out and a few more smaller snack options on the bar menu.

Liked: Very grand hotel set in a beautiful location. Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast had a good variety.
Disliked: Not a reflection on the hotel as such. We ordered a taxi for 7pm to get to an event via the hotel. After 20 minutes the taxi still hadn’t turned up. The company said the booking hadn’t been made (when it had) so another taxi was ordered. Just to advise that the taxi company might not be reliable.
