Liked: The beauty of the entire property. Great bar after we returned from dinner. The breakfast room was breathtaking. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. All of our needs were met.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind. We only had one night in Madrid and we were very happy to stay at your hotel.

Liked: Good location, big rooms, nice friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, there was no noise from the street, we could sleep with open windows though the hotel is very close for all popular sightseeing places
