Liked: It was the perfect stay. Very close to downtown. Staff was very friendly. The room was big and bed was comfortable. Free parking!!! We will be back if we come to San Jose again.

Liked: Great location and you could walk to parks, attractions and restaurants. The free parking was a bonus.

Liked: Highly, HIGHLY recommended this property! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Great location for attending a concert at the SAP Center. Felt very safe walking too. Everything was clean and comfortable! Loved that the king room we were in has a small lounge area with two armchairs. Helped us hang out with my sister who was staying in a separate room.

Best deal in downtown SJ

Liked: Great access and convenient parking. Good room space, comfortable and perfectly located for the convention center obviously, and downtown San Jose if you gotta be there -- also right next to a great coffee shop. The owner is also welcoming and helpful. The overall vibe is cosy.
Disliked: Not much in the way of impromtu snacking or drinking. Poor selection in vending machines.
