Well located but bad organisation...

Liked: Well located closed to old San Juan by Car (15 min).
Disliked: The hostel never gave us the instructions to self checkin as we arrived late to the place even though we told them in advance we will need to late checkin. There is a phone number to contact the hostel in the street in case of issues that we contacted. The lady was very rude on the phone, didn’t believe us that we didn’t receive the instructions and made us loose even more time by arguing and not providing us the access codes straight away. Our room had an external bathroom that we were aware of but you need to access it from the shared kitchen in a narrow area. It was a bit awkward. The Bathroom itself is really narrow, you have nowhere to place your towel, clothes or your bathroom items. The Shower was full of hair of previous people and because it was Clogged, the floor was completely flooded after 1 shower and no water evacuation.

Bedbugs

Disliked: The bed had bedbugs or some kind of insect. I woke up with bites on different parts of my body that I didn't have before I went to sleep in that bed.

Superb

Great place to relax and...

Liked: I had a great stay at Conturce! The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils I needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The space was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a good night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the air conditioning in the rooms, which ran 24/7 and provided a cool and comfortable environment, especially in the warmer weather.The rooftop area was a standout feature—it’s a great spot to relax or take in the views. The location was also incredibly convenient, with a supermarket just around the corner and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a bus stop right outside to take you to OSJ for $.75 or you can uber for a lot more, the choice is yours
Disliked: No social activities organized by the hostel fo guests.

Pleasant

Great location, great staff, clean...

Liked: The location is fantastic for exploring Santurce in San Juan, and it’s easy to take an Uber to old San Juan too! The staff are all very nice and the accommodations were perfect for a solo traveler like myself. I stayed there two nights and had no complaints. The rooftop is a great hangout spot as well.
Disliked: No problems with the property.

Good

Liked: The location was convenient and the staff were nice.
Disliked: The room was really small and it was hard to move around the room.
