Review for Continental Inn and...

Disliked: We’ve stayed at this motel multiple times for shows, and up until now, everything has been great. However, this last experience was disappointing. They charged our card twice, and even after showing them proof, they insisted it was only charged once. Instead of resolving the issue and issuing a refund, they told us to contact our bank.Customer service should be better than this, and unfortunately, we’ll be finding a new place to stay for future shows. If you stay here, double-check your charges.
