Great location and excellent staff.

Liked: We arrived late Saturday afternoon and the town was in a grid lock, it took an hour to get into the underground car park next to the hotel, so we were very stressed when we arrived. This was noticed by the staff when we checked in who told us to relax, they got us a drink from the bar and then assisted us with retrieving our luggage from the car. We were travelling with our dog and were given a room on the ground floor so we could open the door to the court yard. They are very dog friendly and we were able to take our dog in the bar and restaurant. We went out for dinner in the evening but wished we stayed in the hotel, as everything was excellent. Despite the traffic when we arrived, the hotel is in a good location, central to shops and restaurants.
