Disappointing

Liked: Great location, handy for everything
Disliked: None of the amenities you’d expect of a 4 star hotel. Reception often unmanned - leaving us waiting outside a locked door in the cold; then also waiting to check out. No access to the bar, despite being told that it would be open. We were told at check in that they could give us recommendations and that it would be open the next day. When we asked for recommendations we just got a shrug, when we asked about the bar the next day it was closed.
