Liked: Very kind staff at the reception, both old men were great.Location is great, main street, metro. That was the only good thing.
Disliked: The room was terrible. Old furniture, dark room. It looked like there had never been a renovation. The wall was painted. The TV was not connected, everything was taped up, I had to put the wires in place myself, tear off the tape and clean the dust. Maybe there is only one such room in the hotel and it was fine for me, but I doubt it. The breakfast was weak, there was not even an omelette and nothing else warm. Of course, you could eat bread with sausage and cheese. The hotel is for one night max

Better than expected!!!

Liked: Everything!!! The staff was amazing ! They were very flexible. We had uncertainties about our guest number and they were very understanding and helping. They gave us a room that fits all of us nicely and we had an early check in. There was a non-stop heating, the room was warm and comfortable! Breakfast was very nice, not amazing since there were not a lot to choose from, but everything was fresh. The location was very good, there are a lot of shops around, 2 metro stations and cafes in the radius of 10 minutes walk.

Excellent location but poor accommodation

Liked: Location is good. Very close to parking (20 Eu/day), metro station, one of main shopping streets Maria Hilfestrase, great coffee shop just across the street and excellent bakery practically next door to hotel. There we had our breakfast since hotels was pretty modest in choice and quality. HiFi was free and descent.
Disliked: This is not a hotel. Its a building with rooms dispersed on several flors and mixed with private apartments and businesses. Thats why you have to have your key with you all the time to open multiple doors to reach your room. And after 10 pm everything locs. If you dont have a key and mobile battery runs out you can only yell from the street. Elevator is for two persons or one with suitcase. Building and rooms are old which can be seen and smelled. There is only mini bar with water and Coke. Nothing else except in our friends room where there were leftovers somebody left days ago (imagine the smell). Mattresses are decent but pillow (one) is soft. When we arrived old guy tried to place us in rooms 11 and 14 which are extremely small and not what we reserved. After our strong complain we got rooms 33 and 41 which were better but still not like ones on the site. There is no lobby, breakfast room is crowded.
