Liked: Beautiful room with great view. Great bathroom. Good location. Plenty of lounge space in and outdoors.
Disliked: Breakfast: rigid menu (most people don't really need celebrity chefs' fare for breakfast), poor coffee served in teeny tiny cups and everything insanely overpriced (8.00 for a small cup of hot milk? come again?). Ice cold AC (why? I saw people wrapped in blankets!). Waiters that try to attend to your simple requests but are formatted and trained not to.Reception desk not helpful, why the snotty annoyed face when we ask for a mid-stay expenses statement when a cup of milk costs 8 dollars? It’s only normal that we want to know...Also, why the wannabe designey high-end everything and our room does not get serviced on the last day?
