Liked: I received a false booking for a suite that turned out to be a connecting room. Your suiteness booking is a scam. There was no customer service from suites and your front desk management team was rude. We then were given one room that smelled like urine. We are world travelers and know not everything will be perfect at all hotels but this is a stand out terrible experience of your employees and the culture . .
Disliked: We were 4 50 year old black professional women (I am ceo of a 2k employee company ) who were profiled when the staff at the pool called security on us for being on empty daybed that were not marked reserved nor did anyone tell us when we came in. They only communicated we couldn’t be there and they we had to go stand at the bar - at least 6 beds were unoccupied btw. Only after we were escorted out did they say if was $400 which we would have paid without any question if we had been informed .
