Disliked: Rip you off for parking. SelfParking option and valet doesn’t let you take your car back out without paying another exorbitant amount. I pay 60 dollar per day which is fine burg then when I went to take my car out for dinner they told me I would pay another 60 dollar when I get back. I said to the hotel why are you letting this happen that said it’s on your ticket. I looked and it’s not. What a racket and rip off

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Conrad New York Downtown. The facilities were great, and the room is clean and the spacious rooms made it especially comfortable. It’s a fantastic choice for families with kids, offering plenty of space to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

A really comfortable stay in...

Liked: Close to a few food outlets, burger places, coffee shops and the local area felt safe. The subway is a 5-10 minute walk and the area is busy enough with people. Its a short walk to the 9-11 memorial, for example and the Irish Hunger memorial is right outside the front door. Turn down service supplied chocolates every evening and we looked forward to getting back to the Hotel each evening.
Disliked: The filtered water dispenser in the room runs with a small Raspberry Pi operated touchscreen, which failed every couple of days. To reset, it just needs to be turned off and on again, but there's no accessible switch or socket. An adaptor cable, connected to the back of the dispenser, has to be pulled out and pushed back in again (very simple), but unless you know you've got to call maintenance.
