A really comfortable stay in...

Liked: Close to a few food outlets, burger places, coffee shops and the local area felt safe. The subway is a 5-10 minute walk and the area is busy enough with people. Its a short walk to the 9-11 memorial, for example and the Irish Hunger memorial is right outside the front door. Turn down service supplied chocolates every evening and we looked forward to getting back to the Hotel each evening.
Disliked: The filtered water dispenser in the room runs with a small Raspberry Pi operated touchscreen, which failed every couple of days. To reset, it just needs to be turned off and on again, but there's no accessible switch or socket. An adaptor cable, connected to the back of the dispenser, has to be pulled out and pushed back in again (very simple), but unless you know you've got to call maintenance.

Disliked: Toilet was scratched up. Shower was small and leaked onto bathroom floor. Carpet was not cleaned one day. Final bill had 11 charges for "mini bar" that were not correct - mini bar was never used.

Great hotel with superb amenities

Liked: We had a great room for a small upgrade of USD 30/day. There was a water dispenser in the room (filtered water). The staff would make the beds everyday. The shower was one of the best. everything was very modern, new and functional.
Disliked: Nothing. WE stayed 3 nights and wished we had come there before instead of booking an expensive and badly maintained airbnb.

We enjoyed our stay but...

Liked: The lobby is stunning and amenities were very nice.
Disliked: There were many issues with our room including no wand on the blinds, so we were unable to open or close the blinds, the water filter would not produce water, and the body wash and shampoo were empty when we arrived.
