Liked: The atmosphere and safety of the hotel were awesome
Disliked: My daughter and husband stayed on floor below us so it was difficult to go back and forth between floors… we would have to meet in lobby for her to come up to our room

Liked: Great corner room with balcony, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. Hotel lobby and restaurant/ bar also wonderful. Lobster risotto and appetizers at bar were amazing.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a proper vanity for ladies getting ready and better placement for full length mirror. Would have been nice to have cleaner windows on balcony. Non-alcoholic beverages at lobby bar were half pours?

Unfortunate service, what now?
Liked: We loved the location and view from our room.
Disliked: Gosh there were a couple of items;Room service food came up cold. A manager, Maryellen and her assistant left several voice messages during the day stating my check out time had passed Sun 6/30. However we had planned to go to Nascar race at the Superspeedway track in Murfreesboro all day so I specifically booked for check out and our flight out for Monday 7/1. Upon leaving that day said goodbye to the front desk mentioning this as well which think helped all our personal effects to remain in the room. Arriving exhausted after the race we land at the front deck to meet Maryellen face to face which she promptly mentioned in particular, doesn't like 3rd party vendors like bookings.com because of some office nuisance, which hardly seemed to be my problem. Moreover, she was showing me charges for another rooms pool bar charge when we were out all day early morning at the Nascar race and back to our room late. Maryellen then made me pay for another night for our room because it didn't show check out for us Monday, her side showed Sunday. Mind you, it was near 100 degrees out in the sun and flash rain storm for an hour for over 10 hours that day to want to come back to the room to shower, eat, and sleep. It was unfortunate to be treated the way we were by Maryellen who scooted us off with a kind escort so tall and handsome, calmly to guide us through the hiccup. Customer service and just being heard as a customer was not exercised that last evening of our 1st couples trip together to Nashville.
