Excellent location in London

Liked: Location is great for moving around some of the historic parts of London. I was there at the weekend and it's very quiet in the area which is a bonus for me.
Disliked: I had an issue with housekeeping, requested at 8am if an item could be pressed for a wedding I was going to at 1pm. As I was going out to explore, I was asked to leave the item in the laundry bag and it would be collected at 8.05 and returned within an hour. When I came back to the hotel at 1pm, the item has not been returned and then it took the team 30 mins to locate it, and it hadn't been pressed. After every thing else being pretty flawless, this was disappointing.

Liked: The staff were so polite and attentive.
Disliked: The kits provided were supposed to be for 4, we got only for 1 person for 2 rooms. Each room has only 1 set of towels, the toilet was not sparkling clean especially the tub. Room smelled like a bit dusty. The chair was also dusty too not sure coz the other parts were darker in color compared to other parts of the chair. And the slippers were only one pair!!! The room we got was a king sized.
