Disliked: Although the hotel is nice, with comfortable bedrooms, I was surprise by how unpleasant your Front Desk staff is. We were not welcomed with the best attitude during the check-in process - lack of smile or willingness to feel the guest welcome to the hotel. Unfortunately this experience did not improve through the stay or even during check-out. This is very disappointed and definitely stained the overall experience of staying at the Conrad. We ended up moving to the Fontainebleau Hotel the next day and the experience was much more positive.
