The best stay and play...
Liked: The room, the food, the rooftop pool, the fitness room, everything. Oh, most importantly the SUNSHINE!
Disliked: I didn't like that we could not stay longer, no fault to the hotel.

great stay
Liked: the room was lovely quite large, kitchen facility brilliantunfortunatley we didn't get to experience either the beach or breakfast, as our luggage had not arrived with us from the uk. and we were going on a cruise

The stay was lovely.
Liked: It was a great stay in walking distance to exceptional dining facilities and a beautiful view of the ocean.
Disliked: Not enough greenery and far from any great shopping. Wet bar items wayyy too expensive.

Liked: Stayed at the Ritz Carlton at the start of our trip and at the Conrad at the end. I have to say that the service at the Ritz Carlton was second to none. Here at the Conrad, not so much. Real shame as hotel is beautiful and the room was gorgeous. I just felt that the Ritz Carlton staff were all trained the same and had the same levels of care. The staff at the Conrad weren't bad, just noticeably less friendly.
