Helpful staff

Liked: The staff were super friendly, and the lobby is a relaxed, welcoming environment. We enjoyed the breakfast options and the snacks that are available to purchase.
Disliked: There was no wifi signal in our room.

Good but some improvements needed

Liked: It was a nice room even though we didn’t have a window. Something that we would have liked is better lighting in general. The lighting in the bathroom was quite dark and the room felt dark since there weren’t that many lights in the ceiling. A mirror outside of the bathroom could also have been nice. Good breakfast option, good location close to the Tunnelbana.

Disliked: When i left my stuff in the luggage room i was told that only the staff would have access but when i went to get it staff said there were already other people getting their things so i could just go grab mine. Felt quite unsafe

Liked: Great breakfast buffet, superb personnel, and clean and warm room and bathroom.
Disliked: The bed was quite hard :D
