Liked: Good value for money, good, quiet location a few minutes minutes from the tube station, only two stops from the central station. Friendly staff. (It was also nice to get upgraded to a double room.)
Disliked: Walls are quite thin

Liked: Good location, kind and helpful staff and great breakfast with wide variety of foods.
Disliked: The room was pretty small for 3 people, the bathroom was also not very well arranged.

Liked: Great value for the money, and the location was perfect for us. We could walk to our conference. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Liked: This hotel is really pleasant and the staff are extremely friendly and they go above and beyond. The rooms were quite comfortable and spacious enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the lobby area had lots of nice spaces to sit around to have a drink or play games

Great place to stay if...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and especially Karl was very helpful on our first day. We really enjoyed the stay and the hotel is close to the train station. The beds are pretty comfortable and the breakfast has a good selection
