Disappointing

Liked: clean tidy room
Disliked: remove the piano!!!!all i wanted was a good bed and shower and a good nights sleep..as i had worked all day then drove 5 hrs to get there and had another 10-12hr drive the following day.at aproximatly 1:30 am 2 drunk idiots decided to try playing the piano that is in the hallway of the accomadation and continued to play after i ask them to stop.very tired the next day ,was late for my appointment and almost fell asleep driving home

Liked: Comfortable, well equipped and laid out room and ensuite. Easy parking. The bistro was welcoming and food was basic but good.
Disliked: Only met a member of staff at check-in, so a little impersonal. The hotel is out of central Wollongong.
