Very comfortable, quiet, peaceful.

Liked: Location a bit away from centre. Room very clean, bed was very comfortable, all fixtures were good and working well.
Disliked: Considering price it was great value.

Disliked: Fridge did not work properly was not getting cold told someone at reception and his response was he was really busy he will try to get to it that day but could not guarantee he could he was going to tell night staff but nothing happened issue was never resolved. We told him we had medication that needed to stay cold he offered to keep behind bar but due to medication we were not keeping something like this behind bar where anyone could get to it.

Liked: Very perfect. My family including 2 children were very satisfied. I don't speak English well, but the staff was very kind. The room was very clean, the quality of the amenities and facilities was excellent, and the interior design was very good. I loved the ornaments in the room and the pictures on the wall. The restaurant was also very good, the portions were ample and surprisingly good. I live in Sydney now and have stayed in many hotels in Australia, but this is one of the best. We were satisfied with the price, and my wife and I have already talked about staying here again when we go to the South Coast again.
