Disliked: They are charging for everything- I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time, the reception person said it will cost me 30EUR for “early check in”They charge you for using their umbrellas !No privacy respect - on the first day a hotel employee entered the room to check something. Yes, they knocked , but did not wait for permission to enter, just opened the door with their card and enteredRoom was not cleaned up during our stay

Disliked: Staff, when asked what bus takes me to the nearest tram stop they were not interested. I struggled to get into the city by tram. at one stage there was nobody in reception and I could not find a staff member.

Helpful staff and great hotel!

Liked: It was a great property, clean, comfortable, accessible. They also allowed us to keep our luggage before our checkin time.
Disliked: The room temperature was not set properly. Even changing the thermostat didn't help.
