Liked: The staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Loved the location, walking distance to Queens and everything you need downtown.
Disliked: The room needs updating. Looked like there was past water damage. Peeling, bubbled and stained wallpaper

Liked: Conveniently located and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my every needs. Love this hotel and I’m a regular and when I come to Kingston I always stay at confederation place. Great Lake view too!

Liked: Location is ideal, and the room was ok, a bit dated.
Disliked: What was listed as a continental breakfast turned out to be a box breakfast with a juice box, muffin, fruit and a boiled egg. This was definitely not a continental breakfast. Considering hotels incorporate the price of a complimentary breakfast into their pricing, this felt like a rip off. False advertising.The hotel used to put on a proper continental breakfast. Presume this change was a cost cutting idea.
