We stayed here after finding it on the map - showing a close proximity to the Barclays Center. Never again, for the money - I'll stay in Manhattan and commute. The staff was friendly, but it just seemed really shady here. Breakfast was absolutely terrible.

Disliked: Short blankets; TV channels missing volume; strange neighbors; no security; not enough towels; terrible breakfast; rollaway bed was old.

Disliked: The location was a bit off , lots of construction and no close direct transportation. No breakfast options offered the closest access was a 10 minute walk.Internet does not work well in the rooms I was on the 3rd floor. Tv was limited.

Excellent hotel choice for my...

Liked: I was very impressed with the room i had. It was quite spacious, even had a small balcony, had a fridge, microwave and a nice bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The staff at the reception was very friendly.
Disliked: The WiFi was a bit unstable during my stay. Some nights it kept connecting and reconnecting. I had an e sim on my phone so stuck mostly to using the internet on my phone. I did not report this to the staff as it wasn't a big issue, but can imagine if you had to rely solely on WiFi it could be problematic. Of course I am unsure if this 'issue' was noticeable in every room. So all-in-all not a real issue but just something to report.

The broken elevator, broken ice...

Liked: There was no breakfast and the location was not great. The worst was that we were on the 4th floor and the elevator went out right after we got to our room. We had to use stairs up and down the whole stay as it was not fixed. One of our party had a recent heart attack and should not have had to do the stairs. The ice machine was also broken. We would like a refund
Disliked: The elevator was broken directly after we got settled in the room. They said it would be fixed and it was not we were on the 4th floor and had ro go up and down 8 flights of stairs 10 times. We had someone who had a recent heart attack and I am 52 and it was very difficult and uncomfortable. The ice machine was also broken. The front desk recommended dominos for good nyc pizza. We would like a refund. The hotel was expensive and the experience was miserable

Disliked: Condor had told my room (king suite) and instead offered me a twin room with broken windows (with no discount) that I could have booked on the spot for $150 cheaper
