We stayed here after finding it on the map - showing a close proximity to the Barclays Center. Never again, for the money - I'll stay in Manhattan and commute. The staff was friendly, but it just seemed really shady here. Breakfast was absolutely terrible.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Short blankets; TV channels missing volume; strange neighbors; no security; not enough towels; terrible breakfast; rollaway bed was old.

Liked: Helpful staff. Kitchenette was useful especially the microwave. Water pressure good in shower, plenty of hot water. Good size room
Disliked: Location - quite far from subway station. Run down area - lots of construction taking place. The flush didn’t work in our first room but we were moved immediately. Lounge noisy - if it had a door it would help. Also would have liked utensils & proper mugs in kitchenette.

Kind and helpful staff

Liked: The staff accommodated us and was really helpful and friendly. We had our late check in with no problem and even managed to get us a roll-away bed since they noticed the beds were small for our group.
Disliked: My fault for not checking bed types, but I wouldn’t display room occupancy for 4 since room only had two single beds.
