Nice apartment to stay at....

Liked: Apartment was spacious, kitchen was nice. The apartment owner and person renting another room were both very friendly and helpful, showing me around the area and giving me a lot of tips.
Disliked: The cleaner wasn't available for my stay due to family problems. I'm sure that normally the apartment is cleaned properly when the cleaning staff is working.

Liked: the location and Paco was incredibly welcoming and helpful
Disliked: the first room we had was very dirty . Paco moved us to a much better room the next day , however condessa haus is run down and tired. The bathroom tiles are old and cracked , there is mould on all the silicone joints . the curtains and soft furnishing are very old and a bit grubby

Lovely hotel in a safe and charming neighborhood!

Liked: Charming hotel, but the staff made the experience exceptional. We enjoyed the communal table at breakfast and chance to compare notes and meet fellow travelers.
Disliked: We were on the ground floor- some may find the stairs to the third floor apartment daunting.

Fine. Good starting point for exploring. Just needs a little focus on service.

Liked: Location was very nice and the room was comfortable though hot. We were upgraded to a suite because after reserving but before arriving they randomly changed us to a room we didnt prefer.
Disliked: Breakfast was not available at the designated time either day, though promised. Drinking water was not replenished in a timely way so when we got home for the evening we had to ration. The room did not get dark at night due to skylights and something translucent in the floor. And finally, though it was a b&b they charged US$2.00 for coffee!

Decent stay, shabby towels

Liked: Decent breakfast, very clean, logistically perfect....lovely owner
Disliked: The towels all need to be replaced. They are ragged and don't speak well for a b&b in condesa. The room was very dim
