Exceptional

Liked: I liked how close it was to the beach, and old san juan and also isla verde. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great, glass doors.
Disliked: There's construction happening in front of the building, blocking some of the views.

Disliked: Found roach in our room. Had to report twice AC not working properly.

Liked: I love how it was in close range to everything . We were in the heart of Puerto Rico I would say .
Disliked: Our toilet kept getting clogged and making a weird gulping sound . Also our air thermometer stopped working . Someone did come out everytime we called but looks like the fixes were only temporary

Expensive but good location

Liked: Comfortable beds and spacious room in the king suite of the blue tower, very convenient location, nice staff
Disliked: Expensive for that it is. Too much noise outside and from the other rooms, the guy who checked us in gave me incorrect information about the deposit and never told us the hotel offered free chairs at the beach, he also didn’t tell us which elevator to take and we went to the wrong tower, he just didn’t give any of the important information out upon checking in.

Liked: The location, The staff were respectful and helpful.
Disliked: Paring is two expensive it should be included it was 25 dollars per car plus tax we end up paying almost 60 dollars per parking. Most hotels is free , I paid for one once and it was ten dollars.
