Disliked: illogical electrical connections. No working electrical power in bathroom. switches in unusual places in rest of room, and some outlets didn’t work.

Liked: excellent location, next to other resorts and restaurants. Pool deck was lovely with infinity pool right on water.
Disliked: Pool gets a bit crowded and rowdy. Housekeeping services slow. Uncomfortable pillows.

Disliked: Paying extra for a room I requested in advance which I was told I booked and the shower did not close and there’s not hot tub/ jacuzzi that I wish we could get in at night during that cool breeze

Liked: The room was fine. I liked the look and smell of the lobby area.
Disliked: The beach area was not really accessible with all the debri and sticks.The pool area and everything closed by 6pm.No free shuttle offered to and from this facility.No adult activities or entertainment onsite.

Decent hotel for a stay....

Liked: The rooms and hotel were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One side of the hotel looks at the lagoon (over the street and parking lot), while the other looks out over the ocean, providing very good views. The Infinite Pool is small, but the bar is steps away, and they have servers managing drinks; they also have a house DJ most days of the week.
Disliked: The hotel has a policy restricting items in any public space (no outside food or drink, no portable speakers, etc.) to try to provide everyone with the same experience. However, the security guard they employ selectively enforces the rules, whether that means speakers, snacks, or beverages. Additionally, the average price of drinks is inflated as house rules lock guest to purchasing from their bar. The hotel sells day passes to the pool for ~$40.00 a person (https://www.resortpass.com/hotels/condado-ocean-club). The issue here is that the pool is filled with day passes to the detriment of its guests. On Saturday (our arrival day), there were approximately 50 people in the pool area, making the already small, intimate space more like a cesspool.
