Liked: The room size was good with room to move around and plenty of room for suitcases.
Disliked: The room was very hot and has no individual air conditioning. The air conditioning was unable to be turned on in the room, it is centrally controlled and was turned off. I was told it could not be turned on, we were offered a room change to a different class room, we opted for a fan as we were only 1 night.Unfortunately there are no walk in showers, only the shower over the bath, again was fine for 1 night.Currently there is a lot of sidewalk construction happening so it is a little difficult to walk with suitcases along the uneven ground. This is not the hotels fault or criticism just an observation to note.

Awful experience!

Disliked: I have travelled a lot and this was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at... no exaggeration. For a 4 star hotel, the A/C wasn't working and both the toilet and bathtub got blocked in the morning. When I informed the reception staff they seemed pretty unbothered. It was soo strange!

Liked: The staff is well mannered and the hotel was sooooo clean…
Disliked: I just don't like their food.. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days but their breakfast for 6 days was the same menu everyday, nothing was added or different from their menu, it was boring for my kids..

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Beds are very comfortable. Good location, friendly stuff.
Disliked: Youtube wasn’t working.
