Liked: Staff very professional and courteous at all time. The room was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect.
Disliked: The coffee machine situated on the 3rd floor was broken for the duration of our visit.

Spacious and cozy room in...

Liked: Hotel room is clean and very spacious. The view from our room was amazing (we were in floor 27) and our stay here was very comfortable. Rooms are pretty well isolated and the Nespresso machine is a big plus :) you can get also coffee and water for free in one of the public floors.Location is great. We will definitely come back to Concorde if er ever come back to New York!
Disliked: Only two elevators for 34 floors. The waiting time is rather long.
