I won’t stay again due...
Liked: Location. And it was clean and comfortable
Disliked: It’s not a hotel. It’s more like serviced apartment. No room service. No mini bar. No water in the rooms. No robes no slippers (I was in a suite) there was a restaurant in the ground floor but not connected with hotel. No atmosphere and no where nice to hang out like a cosy lobby/guest area.

Thoughtful and Considerate Staff
Liked: The staff was the warmest, most welcoming, most kind staff I've ever experienced. After a distressing phone call I had while eating at the restaurant, my waiter checked on me to make sure I was ok and let me know that he'd be at the bar til 11pm if I just needed to sit down and talk with someone. Things like that are so rare in this city and life in general. It really touched me and made me feel a little better. I also made a mistake and thought that I was supposed to check out at 12pm. The front desk was so considerate and did not charge me a late fee.The staff is a big part of the reason that instead of an 8, I gave this hotel a 9.This hotel had beautiful views(I was on the 25th floor), the hotel room and bathroom were spacious, was very quiet and the chicken empanadas they serve in the restaurant were so delicious!
Disliked: My room and bathroom were extremely clean, except for the curtains which had quite a few stains on them on the side that faces the window.

Nothing special
Liked: Very good location
Disliked: I had a very simple problem: I was not receiving an access code to my foreign phone number to log into my account where I could download the tickets I bought for the Christmas show. I contacted the staff in advance and explained them what was the problem. I could not download the tickets on my laptop, because after I entered my phone number the access code never came. I asked the staff to allow me to receive an SMS with the access code to log into my account on their American mobile number, but no one agreed. I did not have time to buy an American number and there were only 2 hours left before the show. I was all nervous, begging them to help, but instead they called the ticket sales service, found out something, made a bunch of useless calls, then forced me to call from my domestic phone number. As a result, I spent a lot of money on international calls and all the remaining time before the show and the problem was not solved. Three people at the reception, including bell boy, categorically refused to help me and receive an SMS with the access code on their phone. It seemed as if I was trying to persuade them not to get the message with the code, but some illegal substances. In the end, I went to Radio City Hall for a show without tickets, hoping that at least they would help me there. I was lucky. An ordinary guy who checked tickets at the entrance was happy to help me, because the issue was not worth a damn - just receive a text message and dictate the access code. Of course, the hotel staff were not obligated to help me, but I think the hospitality of a country begins with the hotel where a tourist stays. I travel a lot, including US, and this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude towards a guest.
