Liked: The Concorde is a lovely facility. The though the rooms are on the small side, they are very very clean. The staff is wonderful.

Ok with a few shortcomings

Liked: Good location. Clean rooms. Shower and bed were good. Everything looks renovated. We were able to check in earlier.Room had coffee machine with capsules.
Disliked: Mini fridge in the room had nothing inside and was turned off. There was no drinkable water in the room, and no room service for us to buy water. The central air conditioning in the room had no way to adjust the air speed, but the controls were there. It looked like the air flow was locked via software by some admin in the system, but I don't like gusts of air being blown at me at all times while I sleep.The hotel gave us two vouchers for wine glasses. There were no time restrictions written on it. When we tried to redeem them, the hotel said that they couldn't because the bar was closed. The person told us that news at the bar counter, next to the wine bottles... It was 11:03pm. I asked if we could have them to go, on paper cups. We'd drink in our room. No luck. We were never told that the vouchers were on some time condition in the first place. That was the only night we could have redeemed the vouchers, since we only spent one night there.Hotel took a lot of time to store our luggage for some hours after our checkout. They had only one person for that, and that person was apparently responsible for many other tasks.The hotel staff didn't look like one team. They seemed individual contractors working on their own, without caring for guest hospitality, but simple fulfilment of their contracts.

Good choice but not as...

Liked: Not my first time at this hotel but not as fabulous as prior visits. I like the location, the cleanliness, the nespresso machine and the overall conveniences in the room. The bed was ok comfort wise.
Disliked: There were a few things this trip that were not so great. I stayed in a queen room so not as large as my other visits (was a very expensive weekend in NYC) however my brother got is room upgraded to a king room. If I go back I would choose the King room. The Queen has very little to no counter space for things which makes it hard for 1 person, cannot image 2.With very few rooms on each floor it was super quiet the last times but this weekend was quite noisy and not only by guests but also the housekeeping staff in the hall. The doors slam and the impact is quite loud. My room was on the 34th floor so water had to be run for over 10 minutes before it got hot to take a shower. The Thermostat kept malfunctioning and shutting off during the night despite the engineer coming to look at it. The lights switches were super confusing. Took some time to figure out and the desk lamp did not work at all. It is surprising that the staff downstairs know very little about what is going on in the city. I realize not concierge but still knowing what streets will be closed for a Major Marathon you think they would have some idea.

Superb

Super easy to get to...

Liked: I loved being on a high floor because it was so quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: No breakfast, but they did have a water station on one of the floors.
