Liked: The staff was pleasant and the restaurant had amazing food and was cute, even though it was small.
Disliked: The carpet needs to be redone, it was outdated and had a slight stench.

Disliked: The place is not how it looks at the photos. They do kot have a proper lobby. They have 2 desks and a coach. Also a cafe so they do not provide hotel breakfast. The rooms are much smaller than then photos. We stayed for 10 nights and we could barely fit. When we complained about it they just gave us free breakfast coupons. We also went there for our honeymoon and asked recommendations from the hotel, they shared nothing. Overall disappointed. Not value for money. Very expensive for what it offers.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and well-organized. The bathroom was also spacious and had both a tub and a separate shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable.We were on the 19th floor and never had an issue with the elevators.The complimentary coffee machine on the 3rd floor made a great variety of coffee drinks.This hotel is in a great location for shows, museums, restaurants, and public transportation.The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The windows let in a lot of cold air (but the HVAC system kept the room at the temp we wanted).
