A very pleasant stay.

Liked: Pleasant in every way.
Disliked: Long walking distance from room to lift for my elderly mum. However, I had not specified need for shorter distance which I expect could have been accommodated. Breakfast not as good as on previous visits.

Too expensive for what they...

Liked: The location is perfect for a stay in Odense. Staff very nice. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Literally one of the most expensive hotels I've EVER stayed at, totally not worth what we paid. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were not - totally lumpy and flat. The tv didn't offer any streaming services to log on to, and when we clicked on the "app" button, it said it wasn't available. We thought we could stream from our phones, but that also wasn't possible. I realize it was fall break in Denmark, and everything else was booked, which was why we booked, but would not stay again. Room was barely worth half of what we paid.

Great hotel, perfectly located

Liked: Location is perfect, right in the centre of town. Staff is friendly, room was spacious, breakfast had a great variety
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit outdated and didn’t look so clean because the tile joints were black When the hotel was still Radisson blue, they had the fairytales on every floor; we missed that.

Comfortable stay right in the...

Liked: Excellent location, very close to the main pedestrian street and HC Andersen museum. There’s a little food market out the front some mornings too.The staff at reception were lovely and always helpful. Breakfast was delicious each day with a great variety. We had dinner in the hotel one night and the food was exceptional. The kitchen staff are very good!
Disliked: Some milk in the room to go with the kettle and tea would have been useful.
