Rooms have to be comfortable....

Liked: Clean, good breakfast, very comfortable bed!
Disliked: Hotel does not provide cleaning service everyday of your stay in order to be eco (which is ok), and yet gives you non reusable paper cups to make yourself a tea or coffee which release microplastic when in contact with hot water. That's just green washing. Placing ceramic or glass cup would feel much better to have :)

Liked: Even though the hotel is located 4 km away from the centre, it is very well connected to the city centre, and you can get to the centre in 15minutes by metro. Metro stop is just 1 min away from the hotel, metro works all day long. Breakfast was very good, I enjoyed it a lot. The room was clean, staff were friendly. Modern, nice hotel. My room had canal view.
Disliked: My room was chilly during my whole stay (4 days). The tempeture was around 21 degrees. I asked staff to help me with that, they sent someone to help but he said maximum could be 23 degress not more, but even 23 didn’t happen, maximum was 22. While in the room I usually stayed under the blanket because without it , I felt cold.

Great hotel near city centre...

Liked: First of all have to admit hotel has the best location, main line of metro is exactly in front of the hotel, rooms are very big and good equipped, clean and very comfortable

Great stay, expactations met.

Liked: The hotel was over all very modern, clean and inviting. The room had all necessities and was spacious enough for two people, the staff at the reception and at the breakfast were extremely polite and forthcoming. The location near to the subway station is very handy, while not the nicest few out of the room, the proximity to the subway was a big plus.
Disliked: The breakfast was under expectations for two reasons. First of all it was each day exactly the same, somewhat limited, items. Further, for the first days it was really hard to even get a table. This however was caused by the fact that we apparently arrived during autumn break in Denmark.Further, we had a bit lack of faith in regards of the cleanliness of our room, as the bathroom bin hasn't been emptied when we arrived.
