Disliked: I booked an extra day to get laundry service, only to realize laundry service isn’t available on Sundays. I wish that had of been specified on the hotel services section.

Liked: The rooms are nice and well appointed. Although close to the metro, it is very far off the city centre.
Disliked: The staff was horrible. I parked on the hotel parking, paid 30€ for one night and then found out I couldn't move the car without risking losing the parking space. This was not explained on check in and when I mentioned it to the receptionist she dismissed my concerns, offered no solution, and then proceeded to say she had warned me about this. Well, there were 3 of us and no one heard it. She made a mistake and that's fine. It's the total lack of ownweship and the customer blaming that upsets me. I would not come back or recommend. When something bad happens, that's when you need staff support and Comwell has the sort of staff you cannot depend on.

Liked: Great location ! Very clean and comfortable rooms
Disliked: Breakfast was good, however it was the very same options all three days. So got a bit bored by the third day.

Liked: Everything was perfect other than the fact that there was no kettle in the room and we were told we had to upgrade our room in order to have a kettle (which I thought was standard for hotel rooms to have).
