Exceptional

Classy and luxourious stay

Liked: The exterior, interior, comfort, size, food and ambience
Disliked: The one way road system outside making the return journey longer. You really need a car to get into town

Pleasant stay

Liked: Pleasant staff and the breakfast were high quality with typical Scandinavian options. They also have EV Chargers available.
Disliked: The beds could be a bit more comfortable, and it became very warm in the room (albeit this was during the summer).

Wonderful stop

Liked: Gorgeous, clean, safe, comfortable. Free parking, free amazing breakfast.
Disliked: No coffee in the room. It was in the hallway and breakfast room though, so that’s good at least.

All you need for a...

Liked: The stuff was very nice and helpful. The room was cosy, and the bed was comfortable. E-cooking was the brand of the shower and hand gel, which is super nice.
Disliked: The room could be bigger but it was ok.

It was ok but not...

Liked: It’s located in a beautiful park. It was clean.
Disliked: It smells like the old house that it is. It has carpet on bedroom floors. You have to cross the courtyard to get to the breakfast buffe/restaurant/bar. There was no coffee/tea staton or mini bar in the room.

An excellent hotel marred by...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, although the dining room was really busy at breakfast time.
Disliked: When we arrived at about 7pm, we were told that the dining room did not have a spare table for us - even though the kitchen did not close until 9pm. The receptionist then went to the restaurant and came back with the good news that that we could eat at 8pm. When we dined at 8pm, there were only about 6-8 other tables of diners in a very large dining room - so I do not understand their original statement.
