Liked: Breakfast was amazing with nothing missing. Location was excellent near mid town and walking distance to everything. Staff was always available, helpful and friendly
Disliked: The rooms toilet and bathroom was a non-closed glass wall from the bedroom with clear view and sound from everything going on out there. It was not suitable for couples unless they are very comfortable with being involved in their partners toilet visits

Liked: Friendly and professional staff
Disliked: Quite old and dirty for a 4-stars hotel

Convenient location

Liked: The location was good, hotel reception and main area pleasant and loved the Shared Work place, albeit the whole area it was really cold as their were doing some work on the main entrance doors. Free coffee/tea dispensers on floor 6 & 7 were a plus.
Disliked: The bedding was terrible and the duvet was too small both in length and width for a tall person
