Overall ok stay

Liked: Clean, helpful staff, positive atmosphere
Disliked: The construction site outside my window, working from around 07-19:00… I wasn’t too bothered, as I was getting up early. But though they should have given a set of earplugs along with the key-card regardless. Paid for parking, still got a fine. The staff vaived it, however I shouldn’t have gotten it to begin with.

Liked: Very pleasant establishment! Clean and very decorative with lovely members of helpful staff.Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice for everyone. We will look to visit again .

Brilliant location and amazing breakfast

Liked: Location was great close to a major stop for buses and trams as well as the main train station.
Disliked: My only complaint was the shower needs a little shelf in it.
