Comfy and central with very...

Liked: Great location in heart of Ambleside. Clean and comfortable with very friendly owners. Really enjoyed our chats with them, they are a great family. On main road in town centre but traffic is quiet at night.
Disliked: Really lovely place so only one thing - Darker curtains at the windows.

Great weekend solo experience!

Liked: The staff was very helpful with knowledge of the local area and with selecting hiking trails for the day. Breakfast was always out of this world!
