Liked: We felt very welcomed as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Everything in the hotel was very clean and all the staff was extremely friendly, specially Down who served at breakfast and did recommend so many thing to do and was so nice. In the evening it was Cindy that was also specially nice and very cheerful and happy.

Disliked: The late night music. Our room was overlooking pool and while beautiful, the music plays until. 10pm.

Disliked: Almost everything else….Room was dirty from the floors, walls, furniture, drapes, (found 2bugs) hanging off them, bathroom floors and especially the shower just gross and stained with ground in dirty….This is not a resort….same food everyday for breakfast nothing good about it but the fruit….Most of the staff friendly
