Cheap, average rooms in a...

Liked: Free upgrade to better room. Location from many nice nightlife outings
Disliked: The aircon on so strong it gave me body aches, then finding no remote to turn off, then reception sending someone with a ‘master remote’ that didn’t work either. All before changing our room last minute 1am to a room with a smaller bed and very outdated facilities.

Bad situation turnt around thanks...

Liked: Hotel reception were very accommodating and moved us into the main hotel for a very small fee. Lovely staff, very friendly and attentive.. even helped us with our luggage.
Disliked: False advertisement on booking.com!!! Turns out the accommodation we originally booked is actually being used by the Salvation Army to house homeless people and unfortunately was very rough. This was not clear through the booking and I feel customers should be warned about this prior to arrival.

Great for a night, needs...

Liked: Bed was comfy, location great. Room spacious.
Disliked: Oily handprints on bed head was disgusting, window would not lock, TV had 6 months worth of dust on it. Carpet needed a good vacuum. So noisy, sounded like a ice addict was having an argument right outside my window.Parking is so small you couldn't fit a roller skate in there.

Liked: Location was good and easy to get the tram everywhere.
Disliked: Our aircon didn’t work/kept cutting out and it was an extremely hot weekend. Unable to open windows in room to let air in.

Disliked: For the price of the accommodation, the room seems quite mediocre to me. The cleanliness also left much to be desired.

Liked: Friendly staff, good location, great cafe/bottle shop
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean when I arrived. The tv didn't work properly
