Liked: Was a good location and was quiet at night.
Disliked: Big stain on the bedspread, many stains on the carpet, ensuite door wouldn’t shut. The pillows were low so thought I’d put the spare blanket underneath them, when I got it out, it had a cigarette burn through it, so I didn’t use it.

Liked: The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful but there was only one man working on his own and he was run off his feet trying to help everyone. It was in a convenient location and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The carpet in the room was absolutely filthy with stains all over it. Check in was to be at 2pm but could not access the room until around 4.30pm as it was not ready which made us late to the function we were due to attend.The car park pass would not work. Staff opened the car park for us but then to get back in to access the car, we had to wait for someone else to go through the gate as the pass still did not work.

Disliked: There was only one cup and plate, no spoons or cutlery, considering we booked for two. The floors has no been cleaned and there was a Condon wrapper on the floorThe door for the bathroom did not closeThere was no air conditioner remote so we couldn’t use the air conditioner.
