Location and room ideal for...

Liked: A 'no frills' motel with no reception but key collection worked fine. Room was spacious and faced the park across the road. Good parking and a less than 10 minute walk into Launceston. Traffic noise not overly disturbing so slept well.
Disliked: I had no issues but I would imagine if there were an issue arise no reception facilities could be a problem.

Liked: Good comfortable place to stay. It was out of hours when we arrived. Happened to come across the manager who helped us out. Kind and curtous
