Great location however property and...

Liked: Great location and easy walk to Dean Street and a vast range of restaurants and facilities to choose from. Cafe convenient for breakfast.
Disliked: Had requested a downstairs room which at Checkin the receptionist said she knew nothing about? I had also requested to pay the property on arrival however my card had been charged earlier that morning?Room was ok but very basic and there was no hairdryer provided. Alsogreat location fresh milk would have been appreciated as we are totally over UHT milk.

For a stop over, excellent.

Value for money.

Liked: Great bed. Wonderful location. Helpful staff.
Disliked: The bathroom door did not close easily. I also didn’t like the room freshener smell.

Would definitely stay again, when...

Liked: As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt welcome. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very quick, polite and helpful and we really appreciated being treated like people rather than just ‘another customer’. The bed was very comfy, slept like a rock! Cleanliness was a massive tick, didn’t feel uncomfortable to sit or rest my hand on anywhere, knowing it’s not filthy. Shower pressure was actually fine, it’s a lot lighter than ours at home but it wasn’t ridiculously slow like some other places I've stayed. Location wise it is right next to the mall, grocery shops and more! Perfect location no matter what your reason for travel is. I would stay there again, when we return!
Disliked: I can’t think of anything at the moment, I don’t believe there was anything I didn’t like!
