Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.

Great choice

Liked: Plenty of safe parking. Staff were friendly and breakfast had lots of nice options. Room had good facilities with a fridge and modern bathroom. A comfy bed too.
Disliked: Maybe a shuttle service to Douglas would be good.

Disliked: To have to pay to use the spa in a 4* hotel ! And to have to book designated times for the spa when it is large / same size as spa in any other hotel and could accommodate lots more people

Exceptional

Liked: I just had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. I really appreciated the little touches that made my experience special. I can't wait to return to this place! Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The room and meal was nice
Disliked: Staff shortage the drinks didn't taste right no atmosphere what so ever it was like a ghost town the bar closed early too
