Liked: I was in London again with friends for a few days and since my hotel of choice, the Comfotel BLU, where I had stayed the previous two times, was already fully booked, this time I chose its "sister hotel" Comfotel GRN.Some of the existing reviews of this hotel are really appalling, which is why I would like to expressly say here that I CANNOT share these reviews, the complaints and the moaning in any way!!The hotels of the Comfotel group are run with so much passion, care, cleanliness and warmth towards the guests that you actually very rarely find.Super-friendly and courteous staff!The rooms were absolutely spacious enough for us and equipped with everything you need for a short trip. It is particularly worth mentioning that they are COMPLETELY cleaned every day, including bed linen, towels and even the vanity kit (small sealed bag with soap, shampoo, shower gel etc.).It won't be long before I visit there again, and not just because of the relatively low price!Thank you very much, guys! You are awesome! See you soon again!

Disliked: We stayed in room 8 on 2nd floor room was great but bed near window was broken so mattress kept sinking so I would replace that and people above us were very noisy it was like big foot was in the room but that would not put me of staying at the property again

Liked: Great location for shepards bush empire and close to tube station.
Disliked: We arrived at the Hotel at approximately 4pm, hoping to have a couple of hours rest before attending the concert. There was constant loud banging drilling and sawing noise from power tools being used in room below us. This continued till we left the room at 6pm ! We could not get any rest or even hear the TV. Very disappointed! Very poor behaviour.
