It was fine, great position...

Liked: the stuff was really nice, and the position was great. With the underground we were 10/15 minutes away from the main attractions in London
Disliked: The room was really small, and wasn’t really clean. As soon as we entered the room there was a strong musty smell, same thing in the bathroom. We were 4 and they kept giving us 3 towels everyday. And we could hear really loudly the people that were staying upstairs, we could hear every step they took sometimes even till 1am.

Liked: For the money, it was fine. Good position.
Disliked: The cleaners were a bit over enthusiastic - two arrived one after the other, which woke us up twice! The room was cheap but very small.

Liked: we was put into one room all was good other than the smoke detector hanging off the ceiling then we went out and came back and the room was soaked the ceiling was leaking in 3 separate places. We informed the reception and he said he would come look after an hour and a half we went back and finally they changed the room it is disgusting

Disliked: Fire alarm went off twice the night we stayed

Liked: Been a few times now good customer service nice comfortable bedsLove the fact that the interior is being modified it’s looking nice.
Disliked: Could do with extra pillows in our room - The kettle needs descaling it had black burn flakes/scale insideThe toilet seat was very wobbly
