Liked: Easy to find and a short walk to shepperds Bush station and westfield shopping centre. Our room was spacious with two double beds

Great value of money, would...
Liked: The location is very nice - 15 minutes walking distance to metro. Little fridge in the room was great addition.
Disliked: TV was not working for some reasons. WiFi is not good.

Disappointing room
Disliked: We arrived 15:00 o’clock , we were just in the time for check in and nobody was there. When we called the hotel after 5 minutes, one guy came and gave us the card for the room. The room was extremely small and very smelly . Dirty blankets and no soap for bath. Cleaning staff was rude, they even left us the towels for bath when they changed them down at the floor. I’m disappointed , would never go again there !

Awful
Liked: the host was polite and the location was central
Disliked: unfortunately we got there the room wasn't very clean. The bathroom lock was broken and the door handle almost falling off. there was a stain on the bed runner. It's as if they decided to open part way through renovating. I am not happy I paid £120 for a stay. the window either had to be wide open or completely closed. We were woken around 6.30 this morning by someone having a very loud domestic outside our room screaming and shouting. Unfortunately when we arrived we were late due to travelling and had to get to our concert. And when we left this morning (around 8.45am) we had to knock on the "reception" door to hand the key over and the man was sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I didn't really want to have a conversation with him whilst he had just been woken up. all in all an awful stay. Also when I booked the room back in August it said it included breakfast but upon our arrival I read they weren't serving breakfast until 2025! I understand hotels need to renovate but do one room at a time and don't let out the rooms that are part finished. Also they need to get a cleaner!
