Liked: Comforts of Whidbey is a perfect getaway! I recently stayed there and had a pleasant experience. Rita, our host, was friendly and made me feel right at home.The location is perfect, situated next to a forest with a view of the bay and just a short distance from downtown.Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious apples cooked by Rita from her garden. There was a good variety of options, and the portions were generous - I couldn’t finish everything!The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and I enjoyed seeing the alpacas on Sunday morning, which added a nice touch to my stay.
Disliked: One downside was that the walls are quite thin, so I could hear my neighbors snoring and talking at times. However, this minor issue didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment. Also, it would be nice to have a hand shower with a hose instead of a spout mounted way up high, making it easier to use.

Liked: The room was very comfortable, especially the mattress. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the staff very accommodating to dietary needs. Beautiful views of the winery and farm.
Disliked: Not necessarily a negative comment, but they give you a lot of food for breakfast. We could not eat the all of food they made us, which made us feel a little bad for not clearing our plates of the delicious homemade meal.

Throughly enjoyed our stay, want to return in the summer to fully enjoy the location and facilities.
