Disliked: I was a part of a wedding party that stayed at this establishment in October. The quality of the hotel was poor and the staff were rude and unfriendly to say the least. We were spoken to in a demeaning tone and was treated as if we were not paying guests. The hotel clerk, Jennifer pretended to have a noise complaint from a factious guest that resulted in one of of wedding party being asked to leave the hotel. That was embarrassing and unnecessary. We are professional career individuals, and stay in hotels all of the time and this has never happened. To make matters worse, when I was away from my room attending the wedding, someone wearing gym shoes entered my room and left footprints in my shower and on my bath mat! My do not disturb sign was moved from outside of my door to my bathroom door. This was frightening and I no longer felt secure. When I notified the front desk, I thought it may have been someone from maintenance. Jennifer claimed that no one entered my room. Even though there were cameras on the floor where I was. I ended up staying somewhere else because I no longer trusted my stay there. Upon arriving home I decided to contact the hotelo manager about my stay and ask for a refund. After calling two to three times a day for 2 weeks while leaving messages that included my name and number, I did not get a return call. Finally on 11/12 I called and Nick the manger answered the phone! When I was telling him about my stay, he over talked me, interrupted me and after telling me he already compensated someone else it was all he was going to do about the situation and preceded to hang up on me. I did not use foul language , nor was I loud or unruly. But I guess this is his level of customer service. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME PLACE ELSE. A place that understands that you are the customer and know how to just treat people with respect. Contacted corporate which was a waste of time.

Liked: We stayed at the Manchester TN Comfort Suites on Tuesday night. The breakfast there was exceptional. Lots of choices including oranges, bananas and apples. Also two flavors of waffles and biscuits and gravy just to name some choices.
Disliked: The breakfast. Also no cookies at check in.
