Liked: The room.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was terrible and the juice machine was not working. The waffle machine was out of order and the muffins were gone. The tables were dirty and there was no one working in the breakfast area.

Hotel seemed understaffed not clean...

Liked: A free breakfast was a joke they had no bacon they had no waffles. Everything was dirty. The room was so dirty. They had to put us in a different room, but we received no discount or anything.

Disliked: The breakfast was not so good. Waffle machine broken, lack of food. No eggs or biscuits or gravy, no bo fresh fruit, no yogurt. Needs work.

Disliked: Upon arrival the hotel was dirty! Then we were given a 3rd floor room. Opened the door and the window was wide open with no screen and it was 42 degrees out! Had small children and of course ran right for the window. Then there was absolutely no bedding available for pull out couch. Asked front desk and they had none, there was even a sign posted at front desk. The bedding had yellow stains all over them. Last but not least the coffee pot in our room was missing the plastic filter. We couldn’t even make coffee.
