Liked: Quiet and clean

Very good

Liked: We had a nice big room with plenty of space to relax. Beds were comfortable, friendly staff, hotel and room were clean.
Disliked: The door to our room did not open or shut easily. However, there was an alarm that alerted us when we didn't get the door shut tight.Also, our toilet did not flush well.

Good bang for the buck...

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect, very clean room.
Disliked: The secondary door safety lock was broken and we did not receive a do not disturb door hanger.

Liked: Location. Breakfast was good! People were nice.
Disliked: The room was really hot, even with the air on it stayed 77. And the air was on in the pool, it was cold!!!

Disliked: Room was in some disrepair and food was still in refrigerator

Uncomfortable

Disliked: I understood that the pool water was cold due to issues they were having. Per note on pool room door. However, none of us were able to take a hot shower after the freezing pool. The water would not get hot. The room was burning up at night reading 74. Tried to turn on AC it didn’t seem to work until nearly morning.

It was a good place...

Liked: The price was good. It was convenient off the interstate.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the shower. It only got lukewarm. The room was quite warm during the night. The hallway carpets were filthy. Was a little nervous being close to a liquor store in the same parking lot. We did not get to eat breakfast because the line was long and food kept running out.

Liked: Location. Friendly Staff.
Disliked: Our sole purpose was to stay and let the kids swim. But the pool heater was broken and we weren’t advised in this at check in. The room was not clean. Blood spots on the sheets. Water damage on the curtains. Big stains on the carpet. Visible dirt and debris on floors and other surfaces. Random items found in the floor. Finger nail polish, bouncy ball, glue, trash. Drawers were dirty. Flooring was popping up in the bathroom.

Hot water issue ruined what...

Liked: Clean. Good breakfast. Well stocked and maintained
Disliked: No hot water on day 2 that apparently effected entire hotel. Front desk girl was nice. Hot water never returned to normal. Had to let it run for 10min just to get warm in shower.
