Disliked: Room 206 bed by window has piece of metal bedframe sticking out midway on bed and I hit my leg on it (couldn’t see it because bedding hung over ot) which cut my leg and gave me big bruise- that needs fixed!

Comfortable room, but poor sound...

Liked: Location was good; furnishings were comfortable, including bed.Lobby was attractive, overall the property was attractive and up to date. .
Disliked: Building not well sound proofed, especially floor above to floor underneath. We had a group in the unit above us who made noise most of the night with heavy thuds,loud talking, and even yells/screams at times. Attempted calls to the desk yielded only “fast busy” signals. We considered calling the police , but decided against it. We reported our experience to the desk person in the morning; she said that the phone system “wasn’t always working right”. Probably the worst night we ever spent in a motel/hotel.
