Disliked: When we arrived the pool was not available but next was repaired. The hotel public areas were full of families for some type of meetings and it was a bit of chaos. The first night the residents above were very noisy above us and we had to call the front desk. This was past 11pm which was quiet time.

Disliked: We had to deal with extremely loud neighbors above us who were playing loud music and stomping around well past midnight. 1st night of it, we called the front desk and they said that it would be taken care of. It continued to happen though. The next night was even worse and we talked to the front desk in person and their only solution was to add a note. Haven't heard from a manager or anything so I'm sure out of sight out of mind.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, needs...

Liked: The overall decor of the hotel was pleasant and clean. The room was comfortable and provided all needed amenities.
Disliked: The coffee in the lobby and for breakfast was not good. Too weak. Good coffee can taint my perception of a place. We had a very noisy neighbor upstairs that allowed their child, I suppose, to jump off the bed scores of times shaking our room and keeping us awake until about midnight. The walls seemed thin.
