It was a good experience....

Liked: It was good. The biscuits and gravy was very good, as well as the potatoes. That was all I had, and it was good. My husband was glad there was orange juice, and it was good tasting OJ. The shampoo and conditioner were good. Had a good hair day after using them.
Disliked: I like doughnuts, and there were none. But that is not unusual for a hotel breakfast. The bath towels were pretty thin; we could have used an extra towel each to assure we got dry following showers.

Disappointing

Liked: Not a big variety
Disliked: I didn't like we had to call twice for them to turn the boilers back on to get HOT water and didn't like housekeeping knocked on my door at 7am Saturday morning. Woke me out of a deep sleep.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The payment was taking before check in, the room was small, the deposit takes 3 to 5 days when it does not take that amount of time. I use to work at Holiday Inn Suites and I will never stay again.

Disliked: The breakfast wasn't the best but it was okay.
