Liked: Breakfast was terrible. The biscuits wasn't done. They didn't have a variety of different foods like other hotels.

Disliked: Shower had no pressure, low lighting in bathroom. Toilet paper holder was broke.

Disliked: Few towels in the room and zero bath towels.

Liked: Comfort Inn/suites is consistent and I always know what to expect. It is clean and overall comfortable. The walking around the property was the small cemetery next to the hotel. Fascinating.
Disliked: No hot water. I understand that they were working on it, but we arrived at 6:30pm and really needed a good shower after traveling. The lack of hot water was disappointing and we were not informed of it at the time of check in. It also made me wonder how they were preparing breakfast and cleaning dishes/cooking utensils without hot water. We bypassed breakfast due to sleeping in; but I did think about how the kitchen/cleaning was being done.

Disliked: It was bug infested and the phones didn’t work in the room and I was charged a late check out fee and wasn’t informed it would be charged. No one was at the desk when I went to inquire. I will never stay there again. The service sucks.
