Disliked: The bathroom smelled like pee and the room had a smell to it

Disliked: Biscuits and gravy cold. Brought to the attention of front desk when checking out. Discounted our feedback from the “Voice of the Customer”. No interest in understanding our feedback. Room had a very strong musty smell. Our clothes retained the musty smell. Not good.

Convenient hotel right off interstate.

Liked: I was greeted promptly upon arrival. Check in was fast. Room was clean.

Liked: Well my wife and two daughters went for breakfast and the cook came out in front of everyone they had to leave to put shoes on it was 6:30 in the morning very dissrectfull

Liked: Very good stopping place to comfortably sleep and have breakfast in the morning on our way to Florida. Staff was fantastic, super helpful and friendly
Disliked: The pullout couch could've been better, but my 6 year old didn't complain much.
